DAY OF THE SHINING STAR -COMMEMORATION OF THE WORK OF THE GREAT LEADER COMRADE KIM JONG IL 1942-2011
We will be marking the passing away of the great leader comrade Kim Jong Il and also the
70th anniversary of his birth on the 16th February.
The Political bureau of the Workers' Party of Korea decided . February 16, the greatest auspicious holiday of the nation when the great leader Comrade Kim Jong Il was born, will be instituted as the Day of the Shining Star.
We will also mark the 30th anniversary of the publication of "ON THE JUCHE IDEA " the seminal work of the great leader comrade
Kim Jong Il. This work is vital to understanding the Juche idea and the policies of the DPRK as well as the philosophy of human liberation.
The ideological,political and philosophical core of the life of the great leader comrade Kim Jong ll was ,and is , always will , be Juche and Songun. Come and hear in depth
presentations on the Juche idea and the Songun idea as well as the revolutionary history
of the great leader comrade Kim Jong Il .
