As we
approach the 2nd anniversary of the passing away of the great leader
generalissimo Kim Jong Il , on the 17th of December, let us reflect
deeply on his great achievements . His ideological achievements namely
the systematisation and further development of the Juche idea and the
development of the Songun idea and Songun politics are amongst his
greatest achievements that we cherish and remember
him for. Reading his works from the 1960s I was deeply impressed by his
deep ideological commitment and profound fidelity to the cause of
socialism and communism as well as his staunch anti revisionism. In
practical terms he defended socialism from imperialism by applying the
Songun revolutionary leadership and he was the great champion of the
reunification of Korea. These are just a few aspects of the life and
achievements of the great leader comrade Kim Jong Il.
