The Association For the Study of Songun Politics UK(ASSPUK), the Juche Idea Study Group of England(JISGE) and the UK Korean Friendship Association(UK KFA) today issued a joint statement in support of the statement of the Korean National Peace Committee concerning the deployment of THAAD on the Korean peninsula and the rantings of the south Korean puppet warmongers;

As the statement of the Korean National Peace Committee correctly points out that the south  Korean puppets are jabbering about "nuclear threats from the north" in order to justify the deployment of THAAD(Terminal High Altitude Area Defense) in south Korea. The actions of the south Korean puppets in trying to justify the deployment of THAAD are indeed  reckless and bring the prospect of the outbreak of nuclear war on the Korean peninsula and in the whole of the Asia-Pacific
much nearer !
The deployment of THAAD in south Korea is aimed at realising a pre-emptive strike on the Democratic People's Republic of Korea  but it is also aimed at countries that  neighbour the DPRK. So basically the US is creating Cold War structures in north east Asia  aimed not only
threatening the DPRK but also other countries . The US and its south Korean puppets are
pursuing an anachronistic and reactionary strategy long after the embers of the Cold War in Europe
extinguished.

It is totally nonsensical that the south Korean puppets claim that THAAD is a counter  to the so-called nuclear threat of the DPRK . It is south Korea that is the nuclear war outpost of US
imperialism in Asia. It was also the nuclear threat to the DPRK posed by the US that compelled the
DPRK to adopt nuclear deterrence.

Our organisations, the ASSPUK, JISGE and UK KFA , strongly support the statement of the
National Peace Committee of Korea including the need to further boost the DPRK's
nuclear deterrence in the face of increased threats and provocations by the US and its south
Korean puppets.
