Under
the unique Songun (Military-first) politics of the Workers’ Party
of Korea the Korean People’s Army is splendidly performing its
mission as pivotal unit and main force not only in national defence,
but in socialist construction.
Holding
up the slogan “We will undertake both national defence and
socialist construction.”, the Korean People’s Army is playing a
vanguard role in the economic construction including the building of
monumental structures.
Recently
the People’s Army has built the Masikryong Ski Resort, Mirim Riding
Club, Munsu Water Park, Yonphung Scientists Holiday Camp and many
other structures.
As
the army is doing many good work for the welfare of people under the
slogan “Let us help people!”, the Korean people affectionately
call it “Our people’s army”.
Soldiers
of the People’s Army who created “Masikryong Speed” in the
construction of the ski resort on Masik Pass have turned out to
create new Pyongyang Spirit and Pyongyang Speed in worthwhile
construction campaigns to build up the capital better.
The
People’s Army is also building monumental structures in Pyongyang
such as Mirae Scientists’ Street and Sci-Technical Complex.
The
people’s Army is also leading a forest restoration campaign which
is in full swing in the country.
Led
by Supreme Commander Marshal Kim
Jong Un,
the Korean People’s Army will in the future too, perform its
mission perfectly as defender of the nation and creator of the
people’s welfare.
