                                     London 16th of July Juche 104(2015)
The Association for the Study of Songun Politics UK(ASSPUK) and the Juche Idea Study Group of England(JISGE) and UK Korean Friendship Association (UK KFA) issued the following joint statement in support of the statement of the Foreign Ministry of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea on theAnti-DPRK "Human Rights" Campaign;
We totally condemn the US imperialists for their hostile anti-DPRK campaign mouthing on about "increasing pressure " on the DPRK over the fictitious human rights issue and even talking about yet more sanctions on the DPRK(ironically sanctions themselves are an act of collectively violating human rights). Coinciding with this a group of right wing American senators are trying to pass a bill through the senate on increasing sanctions against the DPRK. The US state dept has even attended a seminar organised by the extreme right wing "Heritage Foundation ", an organisation of neo-conservatives and fascists.

Our organisations, the UK KFA, ASSPUK and JISGE, have always opposed the most false , scurrilous and mendacious  "human rights " campaign of the US and its followers. The allegations have no basis in reality .
In the DPRK everyone is provided with a job suitable for their ability and aptitude and also provided with free medical care and free education. As the excellent statement of the DPRK Foreign Ministry says "It is an intolerable mockery and insult to human rights to vilify the most advantageous socialist system in the DPRK where the people freely exercise their independent rights and have their beautiful dreams and ideals realized after becoming masters." This is indeed very true.
       In today's world it is the US that is the worst violator of human rights . In the US black people are subjected to discrimination and violence. In the US over 600 people were killed by the police in the space of one year  ! Why wasn't there a "Commission of Inquiry " into US human rights ? The US has also been exposed for carrying out massive surveillance operations. It is so absurd , a sick joke  in fact, for the US to take issue with the DPRK over human rights . The US imperialists need to learn that human rights like charity begin at home . The US should stop trying to pressure the DPRK over the issue and there should no more sanctions on the DPRK.

We applaud the resolve of the DPRK to counter-act the "human rights " offensive of US imperialism and support the just and correct stand elaborated by the
DPRK Foreign Ministry.
