UK KFA Slams May's Call for Tougher Action against People's Korea

4th of September 2017

The UK Korean Friendship Association strongly rejects and condemns the statement of UK Prime Minister Theresa May on the 6th nuclear test of the People's Korea  and calls for full support for People's Korea against the insane warmongering of both the British and US governments.
May claimed that the DPRK nuclear test was "unacceptable " and called "tougher action ". This response is characteristically hysterical and disproportionate.
The 6th nuclear test of the DPRK was the independent and sovereign right of the DPRK . It was carried out on the soil on the DPRK . No one has any right to take issue with it. The nuclear test was carried out as a self-defensive measure against US warmongering such as
Uli Freedom Guardian as well as against the sanctions imposed by the US  puppet UNSC
It is very hypocritical of the UK to criticise the DPRK for nuclear tests because the UK has carried out at total of 45 nuclear tests . Isn't this a case of "Do As I say but do not do as I do " .Moreover whilst the DPRK has carried out its nuclear tests on its own soil , the UK carried out its nuclear tests on the territory of other countries.
As to May's call for 'tougher action' against People's Korea which appears to mean more
sanctions against it , this is a totally reactionary statement which means that the UK government is siding with the US in trying to stifle the independence and socialist system of the
DPRK.
It is criminal that the UK government is participating in the anti-DPRK campaign of the US and south Korea . Britain should not lend its support to the insane warmongering of Trump and his generals .
The independence of the DPRK should be respected and the right of the DPRK to conduct nuclear tests as a self-defensive measure against US imperialism should be supported .
We call upon the British government to take an independent policy towards the DPRK and respect its independence .

 US OUT OF KOREA !
NO TO BRITISH INTERFERENCE IN KOREA !
NO TO SANCTIONS , NO TO WAR !
UK KFA
